Pease read the following important terms and conditions which will apply to all Services which we provide to you.

General

If you require emergency medical attention, or any other treatment that is urgent, we strongly advise that you contact your General Practitioner (GP), or the emergency services. Our Services and Advice are provided for non-urgent circumstances only and are in no way intended to replace the services of the HSE or your GP.

Cancellation Policy

Please understand that when you forget, cancel, or change your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and other patients miss the opportunity to receive appointments.

Any appointment missed, late cancelled, or changed without 48 hours notice will result in a lost booking deposit.
Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times in order to prevent any missed appointments which result in a lost booking deposit.

Any late arrival will shorten your appointment time and we will be unable to make this up by running into the next patients scheduled appointment.

It is mutually understood that if a cancellation is due to circumstances beyond any of our control, such as power outage, unfortunate incidence, or weather that requires you or us to have to cancel or be closed during regular business hours, we will reschedule your existing appointment and no discount or charges will apply.

Mná Womens Health Clinic stands by our policies. We feel that it is only fair that we honour the same policies to our patients. If we have to cancel an appointment with less than 48 hours notice of the appointment scheduled, we will honour the same policy and your next appointment will not require a further booking deposit.
